I’ve been working out here for two months now, and I absolutely love it. The workouts are always different, and the trainers care about motivating you AND making sure that you learn the proper technique. The classes are very challenging sometimes, but if you push through you’ll build up your strength and stamina quickly.

Their personal training is very pricey, but they can work with you for a group class plan that works for you. Plus you get gloves when you sign up and hand wraps when you write a review.

It does get a bit crowded in the evenings so parking is sometimes pretty full when I go to the 6 or 715 class. And sometimes the trainers can get a little distracted when instructing the exercise changes. But overall, this is the best gym experience I’ve had h
