JCPenney at 14659 Ramona Avenue, Chino, California.

I had a return, whereby I was erroneously charged for the same pair of pants twice. The wonderful young woman, Tawnia, who helped me, most graciously refunded me the funds for the pants, without question. Following this, I shopped both in the men's & women's sections. There was a huge 60% off sale, where I found lots of cute tops, PJ's, & all literally for pennies on the dollar. Penney's has always had great service, but this day, with this Clerk, I was very impressed!
Great Saturday shopping experience, even in a large crowd!
